My apologies for not posting the specials yesterday morning. We had an unexpectedly busy breakfast rush (excuses, I know!). The roasted turkey salad with a homemade raspberry-cranberry dressing was delicious, though why Chevo was making a summer version of Thanksgiving, I don't know...
